Community award nominations and votes

If you submit a charity nomination or cast a vote in the quarterly community award, we collect the nomination details you provide (charity name, description, and any optional quote). For votes, we record a browser fingerprint and/or a local storage token to prevent duplicate votes in the same voting window. We do not collect your name or email address as part of the voting process unless you choose to provide it.

Gallery captions

Photos displayed in the gallery may include a caption describing the type of work carried out and the general area (for example, "Watford"). No identifying property or address information is recorded. If a customer quote is included, it is done with the customer's consent.

Analytics

This website does not currently use any third-party analytics or tracking services (such as Google Analytics). No cookies are set for tracking purposes. This section will be updated if analytics are introduced in the future.
